Are you in 11th grade? Coz these ( If I’m not wrong ) are your 10th grade marks

What national ‘subject’ award?
What competition state level semi-finalist?

And please post ur 11th grade scores…

“One Multimedia programming certificate(half-real.)” ???

wait till the 17th!! :)

good luck.

@nkhl: Did you apply in prty admissions ?

Who all here on CC have applied in the early action at UIUC???

quote"

[/quote]

That made me giggle.
What do you mean by that?

Means its a legit certificate by all means, but he somehow got it without doing any ‘multimedia programming’

yeah i did apply EA

Like the certificate I have from NIIT for C++ programming? ha ha.

You got a certificate from NIIT? That’s pretty good.
BTW pixie, what’s ur major?

^Nah, IMO a certificate from NIIT doesn’t hold any value. The branch I went to is said to be the best branch in Delhi and it was pretty crap. NIIT has lost it’s quality after expansion. Anyway, it’s not like I’m putting it in my resume since it has no relation to anything else I did.
Undecided. But I’m putting in Physics and East Asian studies when asked.

Nah,it just means that I the certificate is a bit exaggerated. My course was a basic one, which I turned into an advanced one.

The state-level recognition was in a test conducted in Bihar called ‘Brain of Bihar’.
I was a semifinalist in class 10th (the finalists were from 12th).
The national award was Together With CBSE Pariksha by Rachnasagar Publications.(I had won in Sanskrit, but I did not mention that.)
P.S. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

I did not give them the 11th grade grades,as it wasn’t essential.UIUC asks for the board examinations of India.(They didn’t specifically ask for it,so that’s fine by me.)
Can anyone chance me please ?)

Fine by you.
But what if it places u at a competitive diadvantage…

Believe me,11th grades will put me at even more competitive disadvantage.LOL

Exactly. Same here ahahhahahahahahaha

^ So, U didn’t send ur 11th grade transcripts newhere?

No!

I didn’t send my 11th grade transcripts to only UIUC

In the self-reported academic record they said that students studying under the Indian school system only need to enter in their board marks.

^ OK. So, I’m filling up the UIUC academic report form right now, and it says:

I thought ‘what harm would it do’ to enter 9th & 11th grade marks. What if the rest of applicants enter 'em.
What do you say? Should I enter it or not?

^If your marks are good, go ahead.
