My Grandfather attended UVA, which is my number one school. My mom attended Longwood College and UVA in conjunction with that program. My mom also attended James Madison University for her Master's degree. My dad has no college education. </p>

<p>Your SAT scores and GPA are right where they need to be to have a good shot at all the schools on your list. Also, realize that UVA recommends sending in SAT II score, they do not require that you send them in. So I’d suggest using score choice to your advantage there. Your ECs are great, although it seems your lacking in the leadership department a bit. In short:</p>

<p>UVA - Match
W&M - Match
V-Tech - Low Match/In
JMU - Safety</p>

<p>But for V-Tech, if you plan on applying for Engineering, you have absolutely no chance. Your math scores are WAY too low.</p>

<p>Your GPA+Class rank is pretty good. E/Cs pretty good too. It’s just the low math SAT scores that will hurt you. If your major isn’t a math/science related one, you should be fine.</p>
