Chance for UW Mad or UM TC

<p>I like to know my chances to get into University of Wisconsin - Madison
and University of Minnesota - Twin Cities.</p>

<p>UW Madison is my first choice so I am more interested in that school.</p>

<p>Currently a senior in Minnesota.
1st gen student. (some people say this helps, others say it doesn't. Do they take this under consideration in the application process?)</p>

<p>GPA unweighted: 3.62
Percentile: 83th
ACT Scores: 28
(I am retaking ACT on the 26th of this month but I am curious if my current score is good enough)</p>

<p>EC:
School Science Discussion Club
Volunteer at my Church every Sunday for 3-4 hours
Church Youth Group
Bible school from 9th-11th grade</p>

<p>Coursework:
I mainly take AP and honors classes.
I take several medical electives. ie: Med Terms, Anatomy and Phys, etc.
I took 2 years of Spanish and took weekly Vietnamese speaking and writing at my church every week from 1st grade to 11th grade.</p>

<p>Not sure about Minnesota but you’re definitely a match for Madison. ECs are the only thing that could seem to hold you back besides possibly GPA.</p>
