Chance me, and possibly recommend schools?

So I am a junior and will be applying to schools this fall. Here's some background info:

I am Indian, which counts as a URM, I believe? Hindi was my first language, though I am more fluent in English.... don't know how much that helps.

Stats:
UW GPA: 4.0
Weighted GPA: 4.51
Top 1% in my class (#4 out of ~950)

SAT: 2250
CR: 720
W: 750
M: 780
SAT Subject Tests:
Bio: 780
Scores to come later:
Math: expecting >720
US: expecting >700

APs:
Euro: 5
Scores to come later:
Physics C Mechanics: I passed.... :/
Bio: expecting 5
Calc BC: expecting 5
US: expecting 5

ECs: On my school's Science Bowl team for 3 years, going to be President, won 2nd place in the regional competition this year; volunteer at my local hospital every week, have 80+ hours; used to volunteer at my old elementary school, not sure of the hours; on yearbook staff for next year; in my school's philosophy club; thinking of starting a club next year (can I put that on apps, even though I started it during senior year??)

I should have good recs, I have some great teachers that really like me, and I write decent essays, so my personal statements should be pretty good as well.

I want to major in something biology related, most likely biotechnology, genetic engineering, something along those lines. So far I'm thinking of applying to UCSD, UC Berkeley, Stanford, Princeton, Brown, Yale, UPENN, Boston U. What do you think are my chances for these schools? Also, do you recommend any other schools I should look into, that have good Biology programs, and that are research-oriented?

Thanks :)

Indian is not a URM (you are considered Asian). That being said, you are an Asian interested in math and science. This puts you in a very competitive field. I would say you are in at Boston and UCSD. Berkeley is a match (I think based on what I know about the UC system), but I think that Stanford, Princeton, Brown, Yale, and Penn are all reaches (they are for everyone). If you apply somewhere ED, then that will increase your chances, but I still cannot say that you are in at any of your reaches. Have you looked into Johns Hopkins? Based on your stats, I think that you would be a good match and they have a very strong sciences department.

I’ve heard the JHU is better for grad programs, rather than undergrad… I might look into it a little more, though. Also, any recommendations for safety schools? Because there are obviously not safeties…

Well-rounded, but nothing to really distinguish you from the many other math/science geared Asians applying to Ivies for the same fields. Also, as StarryEyed93 said, Indians aren’t considered URMs.
Do you not want to apply to the “lower” UCs (ie Davis, UCI)? Those could be considered safety schools, especially if you qualify for the ELC.
