Your UC GPA and ACT score is on the low side for all the UC’s listed especially for one of their most competitive majors. You want to try to be above the averages (50th percentile or higher). Also SAT subject tests are recommended for many of the UC’s that you have applied.
Your target UC schools would be Santa Cruz, Riverside and Merced. Hopefully you applied to some of these schools and you do realize that the deadline was November 30th for application submission.

the schools you list are a reach. You have a very good shot at UCR and UCM. IMHO - UCSC is a coin toss.
SDSU,CPP, CSULB are good alternatives.
