Cal Poly's my number 1 and UCSB a close second what do you think my chances are??

Both are high matches

SLO = match
UCSB = match

how about your E.C? Are they at all related to engineering??? If not, how do you know you want to do engineering. Especially at SLO cause you pick a major…
If so, congrats
good luck!

Your GPA is light, particularly for Cal Polys engineering programs. It will depend on how many bonus points you get for taking their desired courses.

UCSB is going to look at your essay, etc.

I’ll give you 40% chance at SLO and 60% at UCSB.

Neither is a slam dunk. Please apply to a back up or two.

Good luck.
