Chance me for Cornell?? Or Berkeley?

Please Help!!! What are my chances of getting into Cornell? Or Berkeley?
Im in my senior year at school. Im from India so we dont have GPA's so i dont know exactly how to explain my grades...
Anyway,
my SAT score is - 770(math)
700(reading)
660 (writing)
total = 2130

PSAT junior year = 98 percentile

My SAT 2's are - 710 (literature)
740( Math level 2)

AP's - English language - 4
English Literature- 5

Toefl (its an exam which tests non-US citizens' proficiency in english) - 112/120

Apart from these,
my school grades have been really good in my 9th and 10th grade, but dropped quite a bit in my 11th and 12th grade (junior and senior) because of an illness that i had to go through surgery for and stuff, so i got a D in one of those exams...my councellor will be putting in an explanation in my grade transcript explaining the drop...and im really worried about that.....so could that drastically affect my application??

My resume is pretty decent - with a combination of decent social service hours, a whole lot of hours with an environmental organization that ive been working with for over 2 years, certificates for writing competitions and stuff that i have won, and been published in magazines,i am debates captain in my school and have awards for activites and competitions in my native cultural language (Hindi).
I also have given 2 grade level exams in Piano...and also in Hindustani Classical Music (Indian music). I am also doing an internship for a company (almost been 6 months now)...
I was also selected to go to the UK for a cultural exchange based on a web based project my friends and i had done that won...and some other stuff that i cant think of right now...

This is the stuff i can think of right now...and im planning on applying to colleges like Cornell, Berkeley, Dartmouth, Barnard, Carnegie Mellon, NYU, Bryn Mawr, Wellesley, Boston Univ, etc...
What do you think are my chances of getting into these places at the moment? Especially Cornell and Berkeley because these are my top 2...
Oh and i forgot, my sister is currently studying in Conell...so does that better my chances in any way?

Please help!! And do advise me if there's any way i could better my chances!! Im applying regular decision..

I would be extremely grateful for any feedback! Thanks!!

Really?? Nobody??
Please, a little help here guys!! I’ll chance back too!!!

come on people!!! a little help here!!! im really worried!!!

Ok…you are asking folks to chance when most of the HS seniors are at school at this time. You might want to post to the International/india forum of this website. Grades in 11/12 will matter a lot and unfortunately cornell and UCB may not take personal hardships into consideration (since you are international student and the bar is much higher for internationals). The other aspect is financial aid which will further decrease your chances. Your sister in Cornell will not affect your admission. She might be able to give a better indicator than any of us, if she has been through the process already from India.

Sounds like you are qualified, but I don’t know about foreign applicants … Sorry! Good luck!
