Chance me for NYU, Cornell, Miami, and more!

First and foremost, I need to mention that I've been homeschooled since 10th grade, as this needs to be taken into consideration.

Dual-enrollment grades:
Chemistry I - B (would have been a B+ if my professor gave "+" grades)
Psychology - B
Macroeconomics - B+
World Civilizations I - B
World Civilizations II - A
English I - A
English II - A

My college GPA at the moment is a 3.45. This could be better, I know, but most of those B's are from when I first enrolled and was getting used to a traditional classroom setting.

SAT II:
Chemistry: 760
Math I: 780

ACT:
Composite: 33
English: 34
Math: 34
Reading: 32
Science: 31
Writing: 10

Unweighted GPA - 3.94
Weighted GPA - 4.19

In addition to the courses mentioned above, here is a list of the other courses I took throughout high school:
Algebra I and II
Geometry
Trigonometry
Calculus I (I was originally taking it as a dual-enrollment course, but I withdrew due to an overloaded schedule)
Foundations of Mathematics
Physics
Biology
Microbiology
Human anatomy and physiology
Latin I and II
Russian I, II, and III
US History
US Government
English I, II, III, and IV

Extracurricular activities:
Civil Air Patrol - 1 year
Ice Hockey - 2 1/2 years
Job at a retail store - 1 1/2 years
Internship at an engineering firm for two years
Internship at a health care consulting firm (OSHA-related)
Volunteered for my state's current gorvernor's campaign. I put in a good 60 hours.
Volunteered at my local hospital - 150 hours
I'm well traveled. I've been told not to focus too much on this in my application, but I'll mention on here thatI've to practically everywhere in North America, a couple places in South America, and all over Europe.
I did a little bit of chemistry tutoring when I took it.

Schools I'm applying to:
NYU's College of Arts and Sciences. This is my number one choice, and I'm applying ED.
Columbia
Cornell
UPitt
Boston College
University of Miami
UCLA
Vanderbilt

One thing that worries me somewhat, is that technically I'm graduating this year, but I won't be applying to college this year. Will this be an issue? Should I mention why I decided to wait another year? I'm also out of state for all of the listed universities.

Edit: I'm also willing to chance back anyone who chances me.

Bumping this.

There doesn’t seem to be a problem with having the gap year. I’m sure the admissions office will recognize the unique circumstances (homeschool). Overall, I think you have a solid gpa and don’t see a problem with anything else (higher scores can only help you though).
Definite in at U of Miami

Chance me back?

NYU-match/slight reach (I think you have very good chances here but not guaranteed)
Columbia-reach
Cornell-reach (I think you have good chances though here)
UPitt-safety
Boston College-match/safety
University of Miami-safety
UCLA-match
Vanderbilt-a bit of a reach but more of a match

You have decent chances at all of the schools you listed, though Columbia and Cornell will be a bit harder to get into. Make sure you write good essays and write about your internship. The rec will also help too. Good luck!

Thanks for the feed back, still looking for more!

Bumping this up, still interested in opinions. Remember, I’ll chance back.
