3 letter of recommendations; AP Chem teacher, physician (2)
Also 1st one in the family to attend college in the USA

not what you are asking, but some friendly advice: secure another teacher recommendation. It’s ok to submit a supplemental letter from a physician, but admissions officers and faculty readers will want 2 teacher recs. The physician letter is a little more than a character reference.
My experience is that doctors don’t write the most compelling letters. Most don’t know how to do so.

Seems to me like you’re competitive for an interview - but notice theres 3 parts to the admission selection process and this is only one part. you’re competing for 1 of 25 spots.

In addition, submitting Math1 is not a good idea, many universities don’t even accept it for science students. If you’re good at math, take Math2 and/or Chemistry/biology/physics/English.
(Remember the nex MCAT as well as med school requirements require English/Freshman seminar, sociology, and psychology so you can’t be strong only in the sciences although being strong in science/math should be a given.)
