I applied to many colleges and I want to really grasp the chances I have of being accepted into SDSU for the major I applied to.
Here are my stats:
CSU GPA: 3.44
SAT: 1420
Major: Statistics-Data Science
Undergraduate
You appear to be an international student. The CSU’s prioritize admission for local students. Right now, your GPA will be a problem if you are not instate.
Can you afford the CSU’s? $40k per year for non-residents.
SDSU admits by eligibility index and major. EI= (CSU GPA x800) + (SAT Math + EBRW). An EI of 4100+ can be competitive for most majors definitely not a guarantee.
Best of luck.
Oh actually I am in their local service area, but I was not sure if that would still play a role in admissions? @“aunt bea”
Are you an international student?
No I live in San Diego @“aunt bea”
So you are a US citizen, yes?
If you are a resident and citizen, your chances are better.
yes I am both resident and citizen @“aunt bea”
