ED Carnegie Mellon Tepper - Interview on monday if that means anything. Can I get a % chance please since I know its probably a beyond reach xD.
EA Northeastern
EA SUNY Binghamton
EA Penn State U

Haha, the 18 thing got my attention :p Did you really have a list of 18, though? At one point mine was 33, but now it's at 12 ><

PSU - solid match; I know a lot of kids both in-state and out-of-state who go there, and I think you'll get in.
Northeastern - match
Carnegie Mellon - reach, but it's possible with your math score. I'd say about a 30-35% chance there.
Binghamton - No idea, sorry

Work on your essays. I can't emphasize this enough. You'll have a better chance if your essay has a lot of voice and meaning. There's a reason that essays are 75% of the application.

Heh, oh. smacks forehead Sorry, when you asked if there was anything else you could do, I just assumed that you hadn't already submitted. Once your app's in, I don't think that you can really do much else, unless you were thinking of contacting the schools with questions to show interest. Even that's usually done before the app's put in, though. Thanks for chancing me.

I don't think a visit will make a difference. They primarily help you out by showing the college that you have enough interest in them to take time out of your day to listen to the same old speech about why they're so great and take a really long tour. But since you already took time out of your day to get your application in early, I doubt a visit would help.

Also pleeeeeease!!!! I'm guessing Barnard's a reach, right? (+ NYU, GWU, etc.) I promise to chance back!

^^^^^^^^^^^wow that was a dumbass comment....75%? thats ridiculous LOL

"^^^^^^^^^^^wow that was a dumbass comment....75%? thats ridiculous LOL"

So I was exaggerating. -_- But come on, I'm doing apps, and I get everything else done fast and then get stuck on the essays. That's what takes up most of my time, and they ARE important. Anyway, I'll get out of this kid's post now. Sorry.

ED Carnegie Mellon Tepper - reach (because of low score) but u have a good possbility
EA Northeastern- safety
EA SUNY Binghamton- safety
EA Penn State U- safety

id say northeastern and penn state are matches

in any other year, id say you were in at SUNY bing but with the current financial situations these days, competition is definitely going to increase because your going to have a lot of NY residents applying to SUNYS becuase of the in-state tuition... so id say high match.. thats just my opinion though
