Chance me for UC schools?

This is a re-post with updated information: UC GPA, AP scores, etc

Hello everyone!

I am a rising senior and I was wondering if you could chance me for some of the UC schools I'm thinking about applying to? I'm still a little unsure on my major, because I don't know if I want to go into medicine in the future or not (If I am, I'm going to apply for an easier major and if not then I'll probably apply for Chemistry or Biology).

My GPA isn't stellar, because I started off poorly from freshman year all the way to half of my sophomore year. For the second half of my sophomore year and all of my junior year, I was able to get near 4.0's. I do have an increasing grade trend that I plan on carrying up until the end of my senior year. I also had a C+ and C in my Algebra I and Physics 2 Honors classes. I didn't take my Algebra I class seriously and I took the Physics class too early and it was right after I had a bad experience in my Algebra I class.

I've only taken two AP classes (Chemistry and Chinese) along with a University of Washington Earth Space Science 101 course (got a 3.8 in the class) and three honors classes: English 10, Chemistry 2 and Physics 2.

I also had an accident in the second semester of my junior year, causing me to miss some class and dropping out of tennis for the season. During that time, I worked on a club constitution for a future Chemistry club with my friend.

Background:
Asian
Female
Out-of-state
Income below $40k

Thinking of majoring in Chemistry or Biochemistry, but I'm planning on going into Medicine, so I may choose an easier major (any suggestions?)

GPA UW: 3.692
GPA W: 3.885
UC GPA: 4.11

Freshman: UW 3.565
Sophomore: UW 3.54 or 3.55 (Bad 1st semester)
Junior: UW 3.95

Honors and AP Courses:
Honors English (2 semesters): B/B
Honors Physics 2: C
Honors Chemistry 2: A-
AP Chemistry (2 semesters): A-/A
AP Chinese(2 semesters): A/A
NOTE: I also took a University of Washington course and I'm not sure if this gets weighted but I got an A in both semesters, earning a GPA of 3.8. I did NOT calculate this in my UC GPA from above.

SAT First Time:
CR: 550
M: 690
W: 690 (67 MC, 9 Essay)
NOTE: I plan on retaking this in October!

SAT II:
Chemistry: 670
NOTE: I will be taking Math lvl 1 in November (I have yet to take precalc). I'm also debating whether if I should retake Chemistry, because I did not prepare myself at all for this test and I didn't even know that we couldn't use a calculator)

AP's: AP Chemistry (3), AP Chinese (4)
NOTE: I will have taken 6 AP's (including Chinese and Chemistry) by the time I am done with senior year

Extracurricular:
VA Hospital Volunteer -- Sophomore year: 146 hours, Junior Year: Should be about 130 hours
Job at Baskin Robbins (Just got hired)
Chemistry Club Co-founder and Vice President
Senior Service Club
Tennis JV3 (sophomore) --> JV2 (junior, but then I had to drop out due to my accident & never received credit)
Key Club Volunteer
Member of Science Club
National Honor Society

My schedule for Senior Year is as follows:

AP Environmental Science
AP Biology
Precalculus
AP Psychology
English 12 Honors
AP Comparative Government

I know I'm not a stellar student, but I'm aiming for UC schools such as:
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UCSB
UCSD
UC Irvene

and University of Washington, Seattle (Not UC, but I would love to get in!)

If I could get input on my college choices that would be very much appreciated. :) Are there any other UC schools that I should add to this list, or other schools in general? As mentioned before, I wish to go into medicine in the future so I may choose easy majors for these schools, or chemistry/biochemistry/biology. Thank you in advance!

(Also, what do you think my target SAT score should be for these colleges?)

Good shot at UCSB, UCI, and UCSD, though try to bring the SAT up if possible. UCLA and Berkeley tend to be too selective for your stats.

I always ask, can you afford the OOS tuition at the UC’s? It doesn’t matter if you get in and cant afford the $50K+ tuitions. I would say for now-Riverside and Merced. Berkeley and LA-no. UCSD-probably not. UCSB and UCI-maybe at full tuition.

I always say…UCLA admitted student profile

http://www.admissions.ucla.edu/prospect/adm_fr/Frosh_Prof14.htm

PS That seems like an unusual spread between unweighted gpa, weighted gpa, and UC GPA. If you are out of state, generally only sophomore an junior year AP’s are weighted.
