<p>Extra Curriculers:
2 years debate - Received three trophies (8th , 8th, 5th place out of around 100 other competitors)
ROP- Regional occupation program for architecture, second semester of junior year
4 years of tennis- started 3rd for doubles in sophomore year, started 1st for doubles junior year, won MVP junior year , playing varsity for senior year
NHS - 4 year member, JUNIOR YEAR: social chair / planning on running for president senior year
CSF- 4 year member, Freshman year: secretary, Sophomore year: Representative, Junior year : Secretary
Started my own service club with a friend : ( vice president)
Environmental Club- Publicity
Interning this summer for the city under the planning department
in LEO club, FBLA, Environmental Club, Young Athletics club
Volunteering at a local temple</p>

I'm studying really hard to get a 2000+ on the SATs</p>

<p>You have a fair chance at some of the UCs, though your GPA is fairly low. I don’t believe that sports figure into your GPA either, making it technically even lower than you state it here. You will probably not get into UCLA, Berkeley, or Davis with that transcript, though the others will most likely accept you. It would help if you added more arts to it, though, as well as a strong SAT score. I think, however, that your biggest problem is the classes that you have taken. In freshman year, you only took 4 academic classes (the rest appear to be electives and sports), though in sophomore and junior year you did 5. That will probably hurt you in the long run. Also, you should try to turn some of those junior year B’s into A’s, as an upward trend is always seen as a good thing.</p>

<p>I think you have a good shot… yeah, GPA and try to focus your ECs–try for depth. But, I think you’re fine–and like pianoman said, As!!</p>
