Chance me for UCs, stanford, and ivy league. Snazzy stats.

hmom5, I go to the same school and I can give feedback on that question. Our school ranks based on GPA. For example a student who took no AP classes whatsoever and took all the easy classes and managed to get a 4.00, they are ranked #1. However, if a student takes 5-6 AP classes which one of my friends did and gets two B’s, there rank is #40. At our school we have multiple students ranked #1.

My question to you? Will colleges be able to find out if a school has more than one student that is ranked #1 or just notice that the student didn’t take a rigorous schedule?
