Chance me for UT Austin and Baylor

I already applied to UT , Baylor and TAMU and I already got into TAMU (automatic, and applied for psychology at all of the schools), but I want to know if I am wasting my time worrying about UT and Baylor.

Weighted GPA: (102 out of 110 yeah my school does a really weird GPA scale)
Unweighted GPA: not calculated at my schools but I’d say it’s a 98?
Rank: 27 out of 313 (top 8% so not automatic)
School: In state, mildly competitive (not hard to get into top 10% but very hard to get higher than that)

AP and Dual Credit
6 AP: English Lang, US History, Biology, Government, Macro, Environmental Science
Dual Credit: English 1301/1302 and Psychology/Sociology

Test Scores: Test optional, no chance for National Merit, test scores weren’t that good so afraid they would (1130 SAT and 27 ACT)

EC’s: Band (outstanding percussionist sophomore year and Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest junior year), NHS (Special Olympics Committee Head), Science NHS (former Treasurer), HOSA - Future Health Professionals (current treasurer), Interact Club, Student Council (former historian and current Executive Chair), Environmental Club, Principals Advisory Council, Superintendents Student Advisory Council, AcaDeca, and Science Olympiad, and Anatomage Tournament, and Speech/Debate (i do congress  )

Work: bus boy at a country club for 9 months and worked at a church camp as a staffer/camp counselor over the summer.

I guess that’s it, I never really wanted to go to UT or Baylor, (I applied to prove to “that” side of the family that I could get in lol!) So hopefully y’all think I stand a chance!

Neither UT nor Baylor participate in National Merit anymore, so that part doesn’t matter. My best guess is that Baylor is Low Match or Likely and UT is Reach, but if you aren’t interested in either one and you already have a spot at A&M, I wouldn’t really bother with the effort to apply. Look at it this way: if you don’t get into UT, will that really send the desired message to your relatives?

Baylor is a slam dunk for you. Apply to Rice to prove something. And then Trinity. But not Baylor. It’s a far easier admit and a near safety fir a student like yourself whereas Rice is a reach and trinity a low reach.

Congrats on getting in where you want to go. Assuming it’s affordable, what else matters ?

You don’t have high SAT/PSAT/ACT to prove your academic strength, small school’s grades wouldn’t weigh much unless you have all 5’s in few AP tests you took.

That being said, you have one decent offer so you are fine, don’t feel bad if you get rejected from Baylor and UT. You can only attend one school.
