Chance me for UT Austin and Plan II or BHP Honors please!!!!

Hey, so I’m looking to attend UT Austin in the fall of 2017, and was fully expecting to be auto admit because I was in the top 7% and am in state. Unfortunately, I got cocky and fell beneath the nightmare that is junior year and have since dropped out of the top 7%.
I’m still in the top 10%, but now I’m afraid I may not get into UT, even though I’m fairly sure I still should be able to.
I’m looking to get into the College of Natural Sciences or McCombs with Plan 2 Honors or Business Honors, but I know McCombs may be a reach, as will Honors, due to my rank.
What are my chances for McCombs Business or College of Natural Sciences with Plan II Honors or BHP?

Stats:
SAT: 2210 (800 in Math, 710 Reading, 700 Writing with a 10 on the essay)
ACT: Haven’t taken yet, expecting to get a 32

Unweighted GPA: 3.9
Weighted GPA: 5.3/6.0 (my school does it out of 6 instead of 5 to weight AP and Dual Credit Courses more)
Rank: 59/720 (top 8-9%)

APs (scores in parentheses): AP Computer Science (3), AP World History (3), AP Lang (?), AP Calc BC (?), AP Physics 1(?)
I’m fairly sure I didn’t get anything lower than a 3 on any of the AP Exams.

Classes: Other than the APs listed above, I took choir for 4 years, French for 3 (pre-ap french for 2 years), all Pre-AP core classes during 9th and 10th grade b/c APs weren’t really offered to underclassmen, and took CTE (Career and Tech Education) classes in Biomedical Sciences (it was the PLTW program if you’re familiar with that)

I think my grades senior year will be pretty good, and I am very sure I will get back into the top 7% by the end of the fall semester, although I’m not sure how much that will help with my application b/c UT only accepts until the end of junior year in terms of determining auto admission.

Senior Courses:
AP Lit, AP Econ, AP Govt, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Statistics, AP European History, Student Leadership (required class for Student Body officers), Varsity Treble Choir
So, I should have 12 APs by the end of high school, maybe 11 if I end up dropping one.

Extracurriculars (including Senior Year):
HOSA-Future Health Professionals: 4 yrs, 1 year as Historian (11th)
Choir:
-Junior Varsity Treble Choir: 2 yrs (9th & 10th)
-Varsity Treble Choir: 2 yrs (11th & 12th)
-Officer for 2 yrs (11th: Co-Librarian, 12th: Public Relations Officer)
-(I also might be in Show Choir next year but I’m not sure)
Student Council and Class Council: 3 yrs, 1 yr as Student Body Treasurer (12th)
Cross Country Team: 3 yrs
Track and Field Team: 1 yr
National Honor Society: 2 yrs, 1 yr as Historian
Mu Alpha Theta (Math Honor Society): 2 yrs
PALS (Peer Assistance and Leadership-mentoring program with feeder elementary and middle schools): 1 yr (11th)
Prom Committee: 2 yrs

Job Experience: Tutor at Kumon Math and Reading Learning Center, (also possibly Sales Associate at American Eagle, I have an interview soon!)

Volunteering and Community Service: ~350 hours from a bunch of events through Student council and NHS and as a CAMP Camp summer camp counselor (camp for disabled children). Will also be volunteering at a women’s shelter this summer.

Awards:
I have competed in HOSA every year and went to state one year in the event Biomedical Debate and placed in the top 10 teams in Texas.
AP Scholar (should definitely be AP Scholar with Honor or Distinction next year though)
National Merit Finalist or Commended Scholar (haven’t been announced yet, but I got a 1470/1520, which should be high enough for semifinalist)
Otherwise not much

School: Public, suburban, pretty competitive in both academics and athletics, large (it’s a 6A), approx. 3200 students
Demographic: Indian Female

I expect to get good rec letters (probably 8/10 if I were to guess how good they’ll be) from the Student Council advisor, who was also my English teacher in 10th grade, and my Chemistry teacher who also taught me in 10th grade in Pre-AP Chem and will also be my teacher senior year for AP Chem. My rec letter from my counselor should be alright, because she knows me better than most of her students, but she also has about 400 students she has to take care of, so it won’t be as good.

Sorry that a few things on here are iffy, it’s just that some scores and results haven’t been released yet so I guessed on what I expect to happen!

also is there anything I can do to improve anything on here?

@confusedintexas It won’t matter if you get back in the top 7% senior year. UT uses your rank at the end of your junior year for admission.
