Chance me for UT? Should I send my SAT scores?

I am trying to figure out whether I should submit my SAT scores to the University of Texas at Austin. I am in top 6%, rank 3 in my class, GPA of 3.92 (unweighted) and GPA of 4.080 (weighted), but I only got a 1300 on my SAT. 630 on math and 670 on writing/reading. Should I submit my SAT, or do you think it will put me at a disadvantage considering their average SAT scores for their school. Also, the average SAT for UT Austin’s College of Natural Science is 1388, so I am not up to their average.

I will have 60 community service hours by the time of graduation, I participated in sports during high school, I will have 65 college credits by the end of my senior year. I want to major in Biochemistry.

@ElanaA I believe as long as you are top 6% of your class in a Texas high school, then you are an autoadmit based on your GPA, so your SAT would not be needed to admit you as long as that was your rank at the end of your junior year. Here is the link to the UT admissions page: https://admissions.utexas.edu/apply/decisions#fndtn-freshman-admission
I would personally not send the SAT score since it does not help your application.

We’re in an almost identical position. We’re not sending it. Good luck!
