You have a strong chance at all of those universities. But you never know. Admission to prestigious universities are crapshoots.

Thanks once again!!

Buumppp please!

Excellent stats. You are in at Northwestern and Emory I think. The other three are reaches for everyone but you have an excellent chance. Chance me back please!

Thanks so much! Definitely will chance you back. :)

All I have to say is dannngggg…you have some amazing scores, ECs, awards and volunteer services!! I commend you on that! I think you are def in to Emory (have you though a out Emory scholars?), Uchicago, UPenn. I do think although with your stellar app, Columbia is still a reach since Ivies are just unpredictable. But keep up the great work! You’re cut out to one of these top notch schools!

If I were you I’d apply to all the Ivys I could. Match for NU and UC. Good shot at Emory, penn, Columbia. Good luck!

Chance back

I think you could get into any school, amazing!

Please chance me at “Chance at Oberlin?”

Agree with commenters above. Your grades are great, and your EC’s are fantastic! Your ACT is wonderful, above 75% for those schools. Your SAT is comparatively lower, but almost every college now will take either the ACT with Writing or the SAT, so you would not even have to send your SAT. You can send the ACT and the SAT subject tests. That is what I’d do unless you decide to retake/bring up the SAT, in which case I’d send ACT and SAT. You would have to look it up for your colleges, but I know that for the 10 highly selective ones that are on my son’s list, they all take ACT (but must be the “with writing”, type) in place of the SAT. Some say “ACT OR SAT plus SAT II’s”, but even with those, you can choose to send the SAT II’s and the ACT.
