Colleges:
I'm looking to get into a decent premed program, maybe with some scholarships.

University of Virginia
Duke University
George Washington University
Washington University, St. Louis
College of William and Mary

various 6- and 7- year programs:
GWU 7-year program
BU (boston) 7-year program
Penn-State-TJ University 6-year program

I'm not looking at most Ivies for premed, since they seem to be out of my price range, and I'd rather save my money for a decent graduate school :(

I'm currently a junior at TJHSST (Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology). My main interest is medicine (particularly neuroscience, one of the most competitive fields).
Classes: Besides the usual plethora of APs, I've taken several courses that are offered at no other high school in the world:
America and the World since 1989
Recent advances in Neurobiology

GPA: 4.0 unweighted
~4.4 weighted (brought down because I took some math classes in middle school that had no bump past 4.0)

SAT: 2330, but have gotten 2400s on practice tests, planning on taking again in June.

EC(these are pretty weak): I've volunteered 100+ hours at various places (local hospital, school, and taught disadvantaged kids math and english in India)
Co-President and Webmaster of TJHSST Neuroscience Society (check out the website I built at TJ Neuroscience Society)
Varsity Public Forum Debate
Piano for ~11 years, on track for a diploma in piano.
Graphic design is a major hobby of mine.
Tennis (recreational)

Awards:
NYLSC Distinguished Scholar (asked to come back and give a speech)
Placed 4th in National Spanish Exam
CONRAD Spirit of Innovation Awards Finalist (i'm going to California in April!)

What other info should I give you, and where do you think I can improve/attempt to achieve more?

It’s not worth taking the SAT again. You got a perfectly good score and you will absolutely not be rejected by that alone. I think there are other ways you could spend your time to become a stronger applicant (extracurriculars mostly).

You say you like graphic design (favourite typeface?), but do you have any major projects or accomplishments that you can tell colleges and interviewers about? Designing posters, et cetera around your school, for local companies, nonprofits…

Favorite typeface: league gothic from the leagueofmoveabletype

You don’t even understand, I’m using League Gothic for everything these days. I do tons of graphic design work for one organization on campus and I & a friend have made League Gothic pretty much The Typeface for that group.

And it is kind of rare to find kids in tune with the web fonts scene.

Definitely consider finding more graphic design opportunities in your school and community; dabbling in a subject is one thing, and we call those hobbies. But if you actively practice your craft and can demonstrate to colleges that you are the kid for graphic design work in your community, it is pretty cool.
