Chance me (in state) please

<p>SAT: 1850 - Combined. I am however taking it once more in the fall.
GPA: 3.65 UW
SAT IIs - I took US Hist and Math 1, but I get my scores back in about 10 days. I'm hoping for above 700s
APs: I took AP English and AP Us History this year, but I got Bs in them
Extracurriculars:
Played Varsity golf freshman year of high school, at public high school.
Accepted to the Univ. of North Carolina School of the Arts High School for Sophomore year.
Traveled and performed in music festivals in Santa Barbara, California; Sion, Switzerland (which I got $1500 scholarship to); and Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
Accepted into the school's peer leader program for junior year, and then reaccepted for senior year.
Work:
Diner - Host/Waiter
Restaurant - Host/Bus-Boy
Member of Chess Club sophomore year, president junior year, and president senior year.</p>

<p>I am going to apply early action, and I'm really hoping to get my SAT above 2000. I also am applying as a music student; will that help me?</p>

<p>I think since you’re in-state you’ve got a great chance. The only thing, of course, would be to raise your SAT score. Have you taken the ACT/do you plan on it? I did a lot better on that than the SAT. Anyway, it seems like the admissions committee likes to see a passion, and I think they’ll be impressed with your music accomplishments.</p>
