<p>Just wondering my chances for Northwestern ED for journalism?
Gpa: unweighted 3.931 weighted 4.231 (school only weighs aps)
Class rank: 29 out of 364 (weighted)
Act: 34- math 29 English 34 reading 36 science 36 writing 10 (single sitting)
Superscore to 35 with math 33 English 35 reading 36 science 36 (ik they don't superscore but I've sent them all my scores so idk if they might be considered?)
Aps: Lang, us history, euro history (all 5s) currently taking lit, chem, calc BC, and gov
Sat subject tests: took lit and us history in October, no scores yet</p>
<p>ECs: varsity cheerleading (4 years)- scholar athlete award, state qualifiers
Newspaper (4 years)- columnist and opinions editor
Student senate (3 years)- class representative
Chamber orchestra (4 years)- viola section leader
Irish Ceili band (4 years)- Irish folk music ensemble, solo and ensemble gold medalists

<p>My letters of rec and essays should be pretty strong as well. My weak point seems to be my weighted gpa/rank, but I'm still top 10%, so hopefully I have a decent shot?</p>
