hi I’m a rising senior in high school and I want to double major in neuroscience/poli science and plan to be on the premed track

While I’m not familiar with OOS admissions at a few of those publics, I do know that a 3.3 unweighted at Wisconsin is unlikely to be accepted. UW only looks at unweighted, and OOS students generally need 3.7+, regardless of ACT score, to be accepted.

Iowa uses an online calculator for admissions that generates a “Regents Admission Index” score so you can see if you will be admitted or not as an OOS student.

Agree, UW Madison is a reach with your UW GPA. But it is hard to say without test scores - what actual ACT score have you achieved? Have you looked at Iowa State? And can you afford out of state tuition at all these public universities?

You should have a career backup plan — your GPA is on the light side for premed success, which is a brutally difficult course if study.
