<p>You surely have a chance at UChicago EA even though Yale may be more of a reach
Maybe retake your SAT, those colleges want top notch scores
URM status will help more than you think with admissions, you have a pretty good chance!</p>

<p>I’m pretty sure applying Internationally cancels out the URM effect.</p>

<p>Yale is a reach for everyone, so there you go. But you do have a shot at UChicago. Um I don’t know if raising that SAT is all that important. If there really was an issue with your score…hm…I would just raise that maths because it’s only a 700. I think you just need to perfect your essays at this point and make them as flawless as your recs. Good luck! :)</p>

<p>Yale is a high reach, UofC is a mid-reach. However, you could very well get accepted at Yale and WL’d/rejected at Chicago.</p>

<p>Chicago’s average SAT scores are higher than Stanford’s. Yale’s scores are a bit higher, but not by much. </p>
