I am a sophomore at a VERY COMPETITIVE high school (ranked #1 in the state)
My GPA is 3.8 weighted, probably around 3.5 uw (mainly A-'s and B+'s)
I am probably around the top quarter of my class (hopefully!)
I would want to major in Film, English, or Psychology. I have a strong legacy at Penn.
I take all honors except for math. APs taken (either this year or next): AP Euro, AP Art, AP Language and Composition

Jobs: worked at my local temple day camp, I'm working at my local TV station this summer and continuing that into the year (unpaid position), and I'm interning at a theater camp and working with the kids there. I have also gone to NYFA, SOCAPA, and Bryn Mawr for film-related programs.

National Luna Kaufman Short Story Award, published frequently in TeenInk, Gold Key Award for Art and Honorable Mentions for Poetry, Creative Communications Poetry Contest Winner, Editor's Choice Award for TeenInk

Vice President Freshman Year, Movie Club (Co-president), Literary Magazine, Lunch Buddies (we talk with the special needs kids every Thursday), Track, Pole Vaulting, Glee Club (just 9th), Piano, Kids 4 Kids (a volunteer organization that cheers up kids in hospitals), and our school newspaper.

Films screened: Cape May Film Festival, Garden State Film Festival, Westport Youth Film Festival, National Film Festival for Talented Youth.
I won the film festival in my own town and I received an award for Excellence in Visual Arts out of the students in my town.

So my question is, what more should I do? I know I have time to do a lot between now and senior year, and I want to improve my chances. How can I do that? Should I take more AP courses? Should I self-study? (my school does not allow most students into AP classes, even if they are well-qualified) Is there any awards you guys know of that I should try out for?
Thanks so much, I know it's hard to tell considering I haven't taken my SATs or ACTs yet. (If it helps, my PSAT score freshman year was around 190)
