When should I expect to hear back?
If it were not for the Eagle Scout designation, I would say not until February. I have heard that Eagle Scout is looked upon favorably, but I have not heard whether it moved your admission date up.
The problem will be whether Mays fills up before that date. They take roughly 1,000 and it is first come first served. You might look at last year’s results thread to see whether any review candidates made it into Mays with a February notification.
I think you will get in. I got in with some lower stats than you.

Thanks for updating. This way someone like you can find this thread next year and know two things 1) your stats and accomplishments were good enough to get admitted before February and 2) Mays is not full by early December.
