So I am not chancing you (sorry I don’t know enough about some of the schools), but I do want to point out one issue I see in the info you provided. Your ECs increased rather drastically each year in quantity. All though it can be good to add a couple ECs throughout high school it is a bit much. Having so many ECs, many of which you have no leadership in makes you look like you are spreading yourself too thin. Consider only listing the ones you were most involved in when you apply.

Thanks for the reply @ArtsyGirl13. For my ECs, the three-year ones i have kept consistently, the one-year ones are really scattered throughout high school and my roles in them were meaningful, so I don’t think it will show that I took ECs just for the sake of taking them.

Also, regarding essays and rec letters,

My essays should be fairly good
and

My Chemistry/Research teacher has known me since I was born, and knows a lot more about the hard work that I put into academic competitions. She will most likely write a really good recommendation letter because I am one of the kids that she is proud of and wants to succeed. With her, I have worked alongside her son (who is one of my best friends), and have placed nationally in numerous science competitions. She is also driven to boast my hard work because no other teacher recognizes it.

My Calculus/Geometry teacher has known me since I was 6 years old, along with my chemistry/research teacher, he will be able to show my development and evolution throughout the years. This is the same with my Discrete Mathematics/Pre-Calculus/AP Statistics teacher, who has known me just as long.
