Chance me please? :)

Applied(major//alt major): UCB(Applied Math), UCLA(Mathematics of Computation//Mathematics), UCI(Math//Physics), UCSD(Mathematics - Computer Science//Mathematics)

Applying from UCR
Overall GPA: 3.503 (Not including classes I've taken at a local CC because I'm not sure if those grades get factored in my GPA. Anyone want to fill me in on this?)
Math GPA(if it matters): 3.93
Prereqs: Done by spring quarter for UCB/I/SD. If I'll be able to take discrete structures in the spring, I'd be done with UCLA
EC: tutoring, honors program, community service
Personal Statement: I would say there were OK. Certainly not the best that I've written.

Berkeley seems like a reach for me. Although I haven't done much research, everyone tells me that they have a low acceptance rate :(.

Anyways thanks!

Berkeley’s acceptance rate for math transfers is 50%

=]

that’s not too bad i guess, but that still means there’s a chance of me being rejected >_<. Can anyone chance me on UCSD/LA/I?

I don’t think too many people here know since many of us went to a CC and don’t know exactly how the UC-UC transfers work out. You should try in the chance thread…
