<p>sure you can! I have been not even two years in US; started american high school as a junior. I had 25 from ACT, 4.18 GPA, unweighted, a few extracurricular activities. I got admitted into U of I engineering college, computer science ;))</p>

<p>Do you have a chance, yes. GPA/ACT is probably in range although you don’t give rank. Nevertheless, business college is definitely a full file review college and essays are very important. Simply having high stats is no guarantee of admission as it is known to reject many that do (many of whom end up being offered alternative admission to Division of General Studies). Also, its admission rate, in the 40% range or sometimes less, is much lower than other colleges at UIUC (e.g., the engineering college is often above 70%)</p>

<p>I had a 32 ACT and decent EC’s and essays, 3.5 UW, 4.0W and I got in after review. You should have a decent chance!</p>
