Apply ED to Cornell, its your best shot. You should have a very good chance of getting into either UCLA or Berkeley (75-80% of atleast 1). To be honest neither your grades, scores or extracurricular are great, and your ecs seem particularly lackluster.

Give then a try. Did you take any SAT2? You need that for many top schools like MIT. Your SAT with CR+M at 1480 is a little bit weak for top schools. Do you have the break down of ACT?
As of now, you are match to high match for UCB and UCLA, match to low match for other UCs. For Ivies, MIT, Stanford, etc, they are all reach to low reach for you except Cornell that may be a high match to low reach.

Your ECs are kind of weak, but your GPA is pretty good (weighted should be awesome) and your test scores will help. Take the tests again and score even higher if possible! Work on your ECs, and I think it’s worth to apply to all UCs and maybe Cornell and Columbia. Yes, check SAT II- you may need to take those. I’m not sure about MIT, considering that they consider character and such more than anything else, and your ECs are lacking. Work hard and follow all the advice so far though, and you’re well on your way to an Ivy!
