<p>I'm trying to apply to Michigan State University next fall (2011), what are my chances as an international student base ONLY on my test scores?</p>

<p>Status: International Student
ACT: 21/36
SAT: 1480/2400
TOEFL: 106/120</p>

<p>MSU doesn't really need SAT and ACT results from international students, it's only recommended.
But since I listed MSU as my ACT and SAT college recipient, they'll receive it anyway.
BTW I don't have time to retake the tests again, just chance me based on these results.</p>
