I want to apply to the Sam Fox School of Design & Visual Arts. I have had my portfolio reviewed by a professor from Washington University and he said he thought it was very strong.
I am a published artist-my artwork has been introduced in a few books, my art was chosen for an international exhibition comprised of mostly professional artists with a couple internationally renown artists and I have won national and state art competitions. I do varsity golf. I’m the president of the African Trailer Committee(We convert a trailer into a teaching facility which will be sent to Africa) and an officer in another club. I have also interned in an international company(well known), I have 200+ community hours. There are more but these are some of the main ones.
I know my academic grades and score are considered low for Washington University in St. Louis.
