<p>Just to clear something up.. My cousin posted "Chance me" threads pretending to be me, which is why this may look familiar. I apologize.</p>

School Type- Large public which sends some to top schools (pretty uncompetitive)
State- MA</p>

<p>UW GPA: 3.71 (3.4 Frosh, 3.73 Soph, 4.0 Junior)
W GPA: 4.44
Rank: Top 4% (Of class of about 500)</p>

Senior Schedule: AP Lit, AP Euro, AP Bio, AP Spanish, AP Calc AB, Photography, Independent study with a local environmental studies professor...hoping to get published!</p>

<p>not sure how your school weighs GPA and too lazy to convert mine to unweighted, but it looks pretty similar to mine? (all a’s w/ 1-2 B’s poer year?) +you have an upward trend, which will be impressive if you keep it up. Obviously, none of this can mean anything, but your EC’s will make them pay attention…best of luck!</p>

<p>My school weights GPA by adding .05 for every Honors class taken & .07 for each AP taken until the end of junior year. This value is added to my final UW GPA. AP’s are not offered to sophomores.</p>

<p>Thank you! Yes, I had quite a few B’s my freshman year, I think I had 2 my sophomore year, and none this year :)</p>

<p>By the way, ECazndb8r - did you attend a private school or public? That makes a big difference in the evaluation of transcripts, I believe. Would you mind sending me your stats (EC’s, Rank, SAT, etc)? I’m very interested to see.</p>

<p>I attend a public school which sends between 5-8 kids to top 15 schools per year, ( I think those numbers are right) I’m on the accepted RD 2014 threads, PM me if you want more info, can’t remember what I wrote for those :)</p>
