UCSB: 53.6%
UCD: 56.5%
UCI: 52.1%

2018 UC capped weighted GPA averages:
UCSD: 4.16
UCI: 4.13
UCD: 4.11

2018 Data:
25th - 75th percentiles for SAT:

UCSB: 1270-1500
UCD: 1220-1480
UCI: 1230-1490

Out of the three UC’s listed, UCD would probably your best chance but definitely not a solid Match since Biological Sciences and Animal Sciences is two of their most popular majors so a lot of competition.

UCD: High Match
UCI: High Match
UCSD: Low Reach

Make sure you have some solid Match and Safety schools on your list and best of luck.

it could happen but, your UCGPA is light for all of those schools.

UCR and UCM are very likely to accept you. UCSC is a coin toss. The rest of the UCs are below a 60/40 against you.

Apply broadly. Maybe include SDSU and CSULB so you surely have a place to land.

Good luck

Your personal statements are very important. Last year many high-achieving students did not get into UCD or UCI (which should have been safety schools because of their GPA)

I got into UCSD with a 3.7, 1010 SAT, 22 ACT (very low) but extraordinary personal statements and amazing extracurriculars. And a full ride. And a capped major (Neurobiology, 1st choice)

Let me know if you have any questions.
