<p>Let me start by saying that you make the Hispanic community proud! Viva los Latinos! </p>
<p>Your high school record is okay. It’s not the best, but it’s good nonetheless. Your ACT score is amazing, especially considering that you are a URM. On the other hand, your colleges grades and achievements are exceptional. I think you have a great shot at both institutions. But let me warn you…ultimately, essays are the ones that matter. You have to work on these for months so that you can explicitly state why you want to go, what sets you apart, and how you can contribute to that community. Further, you should apply to Cornell. It seems to be the easiest Ivy league to get into in terms of transfer admissions. Good luck!</p>
<p>Edit: Since you have two years of college under your belt, your high school grades should be negligible. In fact, they should be impressed by your progress.</p>
