It’s about MIT, but holds true as well for Yale.</p>

<p>The good/bad news is that you have a roughly 7% chance of being accepted. You sound like a wonderful candidate, as will the vast majority of those who are not not accepted. Recommendations and essays will probably determine the outcome, and we are not the people reading those.</p>

<p>Good luck. Be sure to give serious thought to, and apply to, a wide range of schools that you would be a fit for.
