<p>The stats to admitted freshmen to james madison are the same as the rest of the university. There is no separate application, you just put “james madison college” as your major (it fills up on a first come, first serve basis). Your GPA is lower than the average, but your SAT is higher than the average so you would probably be a good candidate for admission.</p>
<p>No, you would not live with only international relations majors thank goodness! Case hall has a honors college floor, james madison students, and plenty of students in different majors as well. But a large number of freshmen living there are likely to be from james madison.
