Chance me for American U, Boston U, NYU, UChicago, Georgetown, and Ohio State?

Hello! I'm a junior looking at these colleges.
Caucasion male.
Income bracket: $210,000+

My GPA is 3.84 weighted; trying to bring it up to a 4.0 before I start applying to places.
I'm in all Honors and AP.
Junior year: Pre-Calculus & Trigonometry Honors, Spanish 3 Honors, AP Human Geo, AP English 11, AP Stats, and Anatomy & Physiology Honors. I'm taking the highest of each course I possibly can. Oh, and I doubled-up on math my sophomore & junior year.
By the end of my high school career, I will have take these AP courses: Human Geo, Stats, English 11/12, US History, Calculus, Euro History, possible Spanish(no AP class at my school, though), and possibly Psych.
Last year I took one AP class: APUSH & I got a 3.

Intended major: International Studies/Relations/Business

Letters of Recommendation: High school principal, guidance counselor, CEO of my leadership program (most likely)

I'm in Debate, Class Cabinet, Student Council, N-Teens(Volunteer), Principal's Advisory Team(nominated; one of 10 students out of a school of 3,300), Academic Letter Winners, Dollars for Scholars, and Academic Superbowl.
I was VP in Class Cabinet. I also plan on spearheading the new Spanish Club and International Relations/Model UN club if I can find a sponsor. I will also be in Business Professionals of America and NHS my senior year. I will also be running for leadership roles in these clubs as time goes on. I was also asked to be on the board for helping my school choose a new calendar for the school year (when breaks should be, how long, etc)

Outside of school, I'm organizing a Diabetes Walk and I'm part of a Leadership group for Juniors/Seniors. We do a service project for my region. I was one of 50 kids chosen out of 100 nominated in the whole region. I also volunteered at the Human Society and was a page for a Senator in my state for a day.

I have had a job for the past 2 years as a cashier. My ACT score on the Plan was a 25. I will take it Nov. 8th. My PSAT was a 169, but I'll be taking the SAT on October 11th. I'm hoping to get at least a 2000 on the SAT & a 30 on the ACT. Should I take the Subject tests?

Essays should be fine.

Now, I realize that most of these are probably a reach for me. I do have safeties, but I'm confident I'll be accepted.
Please chance me on:
UChicago
NYU
Boston University
American University
Ohio State
Georgetown University

Also, if you wouldn't mind doing it for Indiana University, Washington University at St. Louis, and Northwestern, that would be great!

Thank you!

Well, I remember that with a 25 on the plan it predicts you for a 26-30, although honestly people typically still can get 33-34’s with preparation. Also definitely do subject tests without a doubt, they are very necessary.

sincerely, WashU hopeful

Thank you for the fast response!!

Bump

The PLAN and PSAT are weird because they never really indicate the score you’d get. I’ll chance you based on your predicted scores. You should definitely be proud of your coursework and EC’s.
UChicago - high reach
NYU - high match/low reach
Boston University - high match
American University - high match
Ohio State - match
Georgetown University - high reach
