Chance: top schools (Ivy, Duke, Stanford, Vanderbilt, etc.)

I am a junior currently living in a rural town in NM. I have a 4.0 GPA (99.7/100 unweighted; 105.04 weighted), many strong EC's with many awards/positions, some volunteer work, and am ranked #1 in the class.

I have taken an ACT as a sophomore and scored a 30. I have taken SAT Subject Tests and have scored a 780 in World Hist. and 760 in Math I. AP-wise I have taken the max allowed so far and scored a 5 in Hum. Geo. and a 4 in APWH. My course load includes 4 AP's this year and possibly 5 next year.

I'm looking to score a 2100 SAT and 32 ACT, and still have to take SAT II's in Math II, US Hist ., and Chem.

Considering the area and situation I am in, will it be a good idea to apply to the top schools in the nation with these scores? (Ivy, Duke, Stanford, Vanderbilt, UChicago, Rice, etc.)
