Chances at a getting into a good engineering school?

I attend High School in southwest Virginia, I am a finishing up my Senior year, I would like to attend schools such as

Virginia Tech
Texas A&M
Georgia Tech

What do you think are the odds that I manage to get into their engineering programs, as they are some of the top in the country?
