I'm applying ED to Bowdoin and wanted to know what people think my chances are.

I attend one of the top 100 best public schools in the country where I have a 3.5 unweighted (all honors and 6 AP classes). I have received all 4s and 5s on my APs. I have great teacher recommendations from all AP teachers. I had poor freshman year grades (C+/B- average probably) but managed to get myself up to the 3.5 I'm at with a 4.0 both sophomore and junior years.

president of my class
president government politics club
vice president of debate club
school board liaison
student faculty legislature- school representative
cellist- 9 years (I play piano and cello at a nursing home once a week throughout the year)

athletics:
captain varsity swimming
co-captain varsity basketball
varsity crew

employment:
ice cream store employee(20 hrs/wk)
swim lessons (2 hrs/wk)
english tutor for middle school students

I'm a legacy and "multicultural" white and hispanic/latina. I received the following SAT scores
630 CR
650 M
740 W

SAT II:
Biology E: 750
Literature: 650

I know my SAT scores and GPA are below average for Bowdoin so I wasn't sure if I should submit them (it's optional to do so). What do people think? I hate to be one of "those," but my legacy will definitly help for many reasons (my family is very involved at the school i.e. talks to the president regularly, donates, and has maintained friendships with faculty and board of trustees over the years) and I've talked to several of the sports coaches at the school but am not being recruited. Again, my school is highly competitive (none of the 10 applicants that have applied to Bowdoin in the past 4 years have been rejected..all acceptances..kind of scary!! 7 attend/ed. Honestly, what are my chances?
