To have such a high verbal score for an international student will help you at Tufts. Tufts really likes to take as many international applicants as it can as it has one of the highest concentrations of internationals in the nation on one campus (~11%?). Things look good. Send Tufts another letter that if you were accepted you would love to attend - and I'm assuming that you didn't apply for financial aid? I'm optimistic that things will work out!

i did apply for financial aid. i am an immigrant but i am a US citizen which i suppose doesnt help.
