Chances at schools, other suggestions??

I'm a rising high school senior at Walt Whitman High School in Bethesda, MD. My school does not have class rankings. I've got strong essays and I have a great optional reference, good teacher references and a strong musical supplement (15 minutes of classical piano). Any idea as to my chances? Also, any other schools I should have on my radar?

EC's: Mostly the piano. 12 years experience, DOZENS of awards and competition prizes. I also have done two service trips to Mexico to do charity work (with church). I have spent two summers as a summer intern in a diabetes laboratory at the National Institutes of Health. I have medical research published in scientific journals, the paper was presented at the American Diabetes Association meeting for 2006. At school I am a member of the Gay-Straight Alliance. During Junior year, I held down a job, 15~20 hours a week, at a organic food store. For child development class during the year, I volunteer to teach preschool kids for about 5 hours per week.

Hi Black metal--mom of a rising senior--you have a strong resume of experiences, and classes. I think your selection of schools are varied, and I am confused as to why. What are you looking for in your choices?

well I'm looking for a wide variety of experiences, people, chances, etc. My academic record is spotted and I recognize that admissions is something of a shot in the dark sometimes.

great scores, you should be proud of them. All of your schools are matches except for Stanford, and Berkeley.

Stanford: reach
Berkeley: slight match
Tufts: match

If you are taking any more SAT 2, try to have them be at least 740s.

If I were you, I would shoot for Ivies!!!!!!! No doubt =D
