Chances at UCLA?

I am really hoping to be accepted to UCLA one day (if not, UCSD because I probably wouldn't be accepted to UCB). I'd really appreciate your opinions on my stats, negative or positive, to see where I stand. Thanks for your input in advance! :)

Unweighted UC GPA - 3.8
Weighted UC GPA - 4.32

***I'm extremely scared about the GPA portion because both my unweighted and weighted GPAs fall below the average admit GPAs for the Fall 2012 year and I think that the competition will only become more intense as the years pass.

SAT - 2200

Extracurriculars:
600 hrs. volunteer service (At a summer school program/after school program for K-8 Students)
4 years Homeroom President
Junior Class General Manager
4 Years Track & Field (2nd Place 800m/3rd Place 4x400m All-City Finals)
3 Years Volleyball
4 Years Environmental Club
Founder and President of Pencils of Promise Club

AP's : APWH - 2 (I know it's horrible... my teacher was highly ineffective), AP Calc : 4, AP Bio - 5, APUSH- 4

Misc.:
California Resident, Asian

Umm wasn’t the average gpa this year a 4.38? Lol I highly doubt a .06 difference is that big of a deal. But I know UCLA is a very difficult school to get into, so maybe it is a big deal. Your SAT scores are above the average (2028) which sort of balances it out though. You have solid stats, so its basically up to chance imo. Good Luck!
