Chances at UIUC,/umich,UCLA,...

I am wondering what my chances of admission are at the following universities. UMICH,UCLA,UIUC,UIC,NYU,University of Chicago,Northwestern, and possibly Harvard(joke). I am a junior in high school and i recently took and recieved my ACT scores. I got a 34, however i did not take the writing part of the test, which all the above institutions require. So i will take it again in April. Also I am certain that I will write excellent essays and have good interviews. I am certain I would be any institutions poster child for diversity, contributing to the campus community, etc. However, I have a very low GPA. Currently a 1.5 unweighted(1.7weighted). I have taken all honors and AP my entire high school career, but it is very hard for me to focus on school given my situation. I am Black(not trying to start a discussion on afirmative action, i have been to UMICH and they said they factor ethnicity when making admission choices, as well as all the others) and from a VERY disadvantaged background. I grew up in foster homes and was born with cerebal palsy and chronic asthsma, though i am not disabled. In fact due to my circumstances i will not have to worry about college tuition, as the goverment will pay no matter where i go.There is more, but i will not discuss that at this time. Just think bad and your on the right track. I also work 20h a week and have been since I turned 16. Since all of those aforementioned universities don't factor my senior year, so I am just wondering what my chances are. Also assume my GPA raises to a 1.8 and my ACT scores by (hopefully a point). As well as the fact i am taking numerous AP tests on my own, assuming a get a 4 or 5 on them. They are as follows Chem,BIO,USHIST,USGOV,USGOVCOMP,and PHYSICS. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Congratulations on your achivements. Although it seems that your aiming high, I don't believe anybody on this board will truly be able to help you because your situation is certainly rare.
