What are my chances for getting into Georgetown, Tufts, Middlebury, USC, and BU? Which one(s) would you consider target, reach, and safety (if any)?

First of all, it's hard to gage this for me, because my school is so damn competitive and third decile kids commonly end up going to schools like Northwestern and excellent second-tier schools...so I really need your guys' help...

Ok, so those are the meat and bones, but there is more. I went to Germany on a school trip for three weeks. This was a great experience, especially resume wise, because my German teacher will write my recommendation. She has known me for four years and thinks very highly of me. I went to NSLC, some student leadership program in DC for politics one session. Adding on to my political career, I am on a student leadership advisory board with my congressman. I may be able to even get a reccomendation from him (a congressman!). With him, I helped "adopt" three afghani girls and buy their school a $4,000 library as well as fly them over here and do other wonderful things for them. I also am actively involed with the local chapter of the Libertarian Party. With all this, it obviously shows I am pretty passionate about politics, with all these activities, as well as my FOUR years of being president. I hope this emphasis will show I can really contribute.

I know my grades are hard to explain so it might be hard for you guys to gage, but what do you think right now, are my chances of getting into Georgetown, Tufts, Middlebury, USC, and BU.
