Chances for a few colleges that I will apply to?

I am currently a junior interested in engineering. I do not know which type of Engineering I may want to take up but Materials, Computer, and Biomedical interest me. I am not applying to TOP schools since I screwed up freshmen year horribly and I know it ruined my chances completely. I am:
Male
Asian-American
GPA: 3.6/4 (probably be 3.7+ by end of senior year)
SAT : (only taken once) 610M 560CR 590W
ACT: Never taken but plan on taking.
Classes - My course load is not great... I am currently in a private high school. Throughout high school, I've taken Accelerated Math and Science but not language, english or history. Next year I will be taking, AP Bio, Ap Calc AB, AP Pyschology, and AP Computer Science (will colleges see my senior year classes? I'm worried because my course load I guess is pretty "easy" up to this point and I want to show that I am a hardworking student - I guess it payed off this year...)

The current colleges whose engineering programs that interest me are:
Boston University
Rutgers University
Case Western Reserve
Northeastern University
LeHigh University
Georgia Tech
Drexel
Penn State (University Park)

Do I have a chance? Thanks in advance

You can try to raise your sat scores by 100-200 with tutoring or test prep book. I would check the schools average sat scores on their websites or on collegeboard.com if I were you. The best thing you can do though is volunteer ans get some ecs. If you do that I would say you have a good chance at getting into most of those schools.

I am on JV winter and spring track team and am secretary of the Medical Club and Asian Club… if that helps

You need to identify some safety schools. Work hard this summer and try to get a significant boost (200-300) in your SAT scores if you really want to apply to these schools.

Your SAT scores will be a handicap. You should search for some safety schools.

I have NJIT and Rutgers as safe schools… I also forgot to add that I have over 500 volunteering hours and am apart of NHS. Does that boost my chances a little? I also will take the ACT (took practice test with writing and got 31) in Sept. along with 2 subject tests in October so hopefully those will boost my chances.
