chances for a tibetan applicant?

chances at Mcgill?

since they don't look at anything much other than gpa and test scores...

sat I: 1950
reading:640 math:670 writing:630
SAT II
math I: 610
chemistry:690

gpa: 3.65 (unweighted)

i'm a tibetan applicant (with a nepalese citizenship) and in need of quite a bit of financial aid. i've taken 8 AP courses in high school. i've had a pretty solid music background for extracurriculars in high school; so is there any scholarships for that sort of a thing? i'm into social work and volunteering wherever i can. (within the scope my family's financial limits) i'm taking a gap year rite now.

since they require two SAT II subject tests for admission. and since my scores aren't really stellar; i was wondering if any mcgill-knowledgable person would care to tell me what my chances at getting in would be- with all the information listed above?

and/or is there something else or some other important factors that i should be looking at for mcgill (or canadian universities in general) because i'd only looked at US colleges until now and they're just too expensive with not enough financial aid for international students.

thanks for any help in advance.
cheers.

…anyone?
