Chances for an out-of-stater?

Hi could someone tell me my chances of getting in?

First of all, I go to a private religious school that has no honors or AP classes. I have taken the hardest possible curriculum of classes but am I still doomed without these classes? Anyway, I have a 3.8 GPA and a 31 on ACT (25 in math, I know its absolutely terrible; but I have a 35 in english.) I have a 620 on my physics sat subject test (should I even bother sending in?) I am ranked 2nd in my class and may possibly be able to fight my way to #1. Also I am Hispanic and my mom is a single mother working full-time with no child support from my dad I've never met. My EC's include church and martial arts classes and Ive been president of my class for 3 years. I would be more involved with my school but we dont have any clubs or sports!! Do I have a chance?

you should be fine.

sat 2 doesn’t matter. dont send.

if possible, try taking act again and focus on math, even if you do terrible on the rest gt takes best scores in each section. – it is not a must, just in case you worry much.

lots of OOS students here. as long as you have good stats, you will get in (yours look good). they also want oos tuition money.
