Chances for Canadian Student Applying to UCs

Hey all,

Last chance until I apply!
I am currently a senior studying in Canada and applying to two American schools: UCLA and UCB. I am applying for EECS/Electrical Engineering at both schools.

SAT Generals: R680, M800, W710 (Composite 2190)
SAT Subjects: M2: 800, Chem: 770, Physics:770

GPA/Grades:
Grade 10 avg. ~91
Grade 11 avg. ~94
(Grade 12 midterms:~93)
Our school operates under the Ontario grading system. 80 is considered an A here, and I have never gotten a mark lower than 80. (Roughly 4.0 on GPA?)
I am also taking IB so course load is very rigorous.

ECs:
It's all right, but nothing spectacular.
I played in Band for ~7ish years, played in String Ensemble at school, played in a youth orchestra, and play lead trombone in a Jazz ensemble. I am the director of one club and played Varsity soccer, ran cross country and joined the track team for all four years in school. I have won some national/regional awards and certificates for Math and Chem, but nothing too spectacular. I have also won some awards for soccer and Taekwondo.

Other:
I'm also applying to Uof Toronto for Track One (General) Engineering and Waterloo (Mechatronics).

Preference:
First choice(s): Berkeley EECS/UoToronto Track One
Second choice: UCLA Electrical
Third choice: Waterloo Mechatronics
Fourth: U of Toronto Mathematics/Physics

Thanks, and any feedback is welcome!
