Chances for CGS

<p>I know these threads are annoying and my scores and things are lower than most people’s but I was just curious and wanted an honest opinion.</p>

<p>GPA: 3.3ish, my school is on a 5.0 so im not sure

SAT II: Physics-590, Bio-E 600</p>

<p>State: New York
Ethnicity: Hispanic</p>

<p>-4 years of Habitat for Humanity, Amnesty International, volunteering at a soup kitchen, staff of a school literary magazine, CCD teacher’s aide
-2 years as a school Peer Minister, a school cantor
-Summer Intern at Habitat for Humanity during the summer after my junior year
-National Hispanic Recognition Program Honorable Mention Finalist</p>

<p>Planning on eventually going into CAS for Psychology
Applying Early Decision I</p>

<p>With your standardized test scores and minority status--you probably would have gotten into CAS early decision.</p>

<p>I think you have a pretty good shot at CAS.</p>

<p>But since you applied to CGS, then yes--you'll probably get in.</p>

<p>I applied ED to CGS with worse SATs and same GPA, I shouldnt have a problem. You, as a minority with pretty decent stats have a VERY good shot to CAS and def. in at CGS.</p>
